Demolition of industrial buildings
LOCATION: Juventut St. – De la Ribera del Fonollar St, Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona)

It consists of four industrial buildings between party walls and a building on the corner of the two streets composed of a ground floor and two upper floors.
The construction typology of the industrial warehouses is based on a vertical structure of reinforced concrete, and a roof based on a metal structure and a fibrocement plate roof.
The interior of the warehouses is diaphanous and the closing walls are ceramic and concrete blocks.
The roofs of the buildings are rounded and made of fibrocement plates (non-friable material).
