Deconstruction of an isolated building 

Deconstruction of the existing building (Bonanova Clinic) located at calle Angli, 38-40 in the district of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, Barcelona leaving the structure of the building with the open-plan floors in order to then proceed with the remodelling of the building, redistribution of all the floors and modification also of the facades of the building intended for the same healthcare use.

Initially, the vertical communication core formed by the stairwell and the two lifts located next to it was kept intact, dispensing with the freight elevator that was dismantled.
