Demolition of the old Inpacsa paper factory

It is a group of disused buildings, approximately 22 constructions, with a series of auxiliary constructions used as loading docks and resources of the activity of the former paper mill. The approximate area where the work will be carried out is about 102,000 m2.

Depending on the use of each building, there are different typologies:

• Warehouses and storage buildings: metal trusses and pillars, vertical ceramic factory enclosures, and fibre cement (asbestos) roofs and façade parts.
• Paper production buildings: reinforced concrete porticoes and underground elements, bridge cranes, solid concrete slabs, basement floor, etc.
• Constructions for offices, changing rooms and staff areas, housing type buildings, pump houses, medical assistance centre, constructions for electrical transformers, etc: concrete structure and one-way slabs, and also load-bearing walls, with covers made of lycra, ceramic and fibre cement.
• Platforms and material storage spaces, with concrete elements, raised and underground tanks, auxiliary structures, collectors and water evacuation networks, electrical and sewage installations, wells and septic tanks, fuel tanks, solid reinforced concrete elements and concrete channels.
